Full Cream Milk Powder is white to light cream in color with a clean, pleasing taste. Full Cream Milk Powder is obtained by removing water from pasteurized, homogenized or non-homogenized milk. It contains 26-28% milk fat and not more than 4% moisture. Vitamin A and/or D fortification and instantization is an acceptable option.
