Anhydrous Milk Fat (AMF)

            AMF and butter oil are produced exclusively from fresh, pasteurized cream. The milk fat is separated and extracted from the cream to create a clear yellow liquid, which is used for creating ice cream, chocolate and soft spreadable butters. It can also be used in reconstituted milk.
